摘　　要：《境内外资银行外债管理办法》和《国家外汇管理局关于保险公司开办境内外汇同业拆借业务有关问题的通知》的出台为境内外币拆借中介业务注入了新的活力,也使境内外币拆借市场迎来了难得的发展机遇。该文指出了市场存在的问题并提出了加快发展境内外币拆借市场的政策建议。The issuance of the administrative rules on foreign debts of foreign-funded banks in China's Mainland and SAFE's circular on the launching of domestic interbank FX lending by insurance companies both give vigor to domestic FX lending intermediate business,offering invaluable opportunities for developing the domestic FX lending market.This paper points out problems in the current market and puts forth policy suggestions for accelerating the growth of the domestic FX lending market.
