摘　　要：在外汇指定制度下,国家在赋予银行办理结售汇业务权利的同时,也赋予了银行执行国家外汇管理政策的义务。在结售汇业务由直接管理向间接管理转变的新形势下,针对当前银行结售汇工作中出现的一些问题,该文提出了进一步做好对银行结售汇业务管理工作的相关建议。Under the regime of designated forex banks,the government endows these banks with both the right to run FX sale and purchase business and the responsibility of implementing FX administration policy.Against the backdrop of transforming the FX sale and purchase administration from direct to indirect,this paper focuses on existing problems in FX sale and purchase with banks and offers corresponding suggestions to further improve FX sale and purchase administration.
