不同方法保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价不同方法治疗早期异位妊娠的疗效及副作用。方法 :将 190例早期异位妊娠随机分 4组 ,其中A组 (单纯用中药 ) 30例 ,B组 (单纯用氨甲喋呤MTX ,两种给药方法 ) 6 0例 ,C组 (单纯用米非司酮 ) 30例 ,D组 (中药加氨甲喋呤或米非司酮 ) 70例。对 4组资料进行疗效及毒副作用分析比较。结果 :A组治愈率 6 3 33% ,B组中B1组治愈率 83 33% ,B2 组治愈率 73 33% ,C组治愈率 4 6 6 7% ,D组治愈率 87 14 %。其中以B1组副作用最大。结论 :不同方法对异位妊娠治疗均有效 ,但在临床观查中 ,中药加氨甲喋呤或米非司酮治疗更为有效些 ,且副作用更小。Objective :It is to explore the curative effect and side effect about the different treatment methods of the early ectopic pregnancy. Methods :190 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into 4 groups including Group A (the Chinese herbs used only) 30 cases,Group B (MTX used only,two treatment methods) 60 cases,Group C (Mifepristone used only) 30 cases and Group D(combination of the Chinese herbs and MTX or mifepristone) 70 cases.Then analyze and compare the data about the curative effect and side effect among the four groups. Results :The healing rate of Group A is 63 33%;Group B 1 is 83 33%,Group B 2 is 73 33%;Group C is 46 67%;Group D is 87 14%. Conclusions :The four conservative treatments of the ectopic pregnancy is effective,and Group D is the most effective and its side effect is the lowest.
