衰老大鼠垂体神经叶垂体细胞的超微结构研究  

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY ON THE PITUICYTES OF THE HYPOPHYSEAL NEURAL LOBE IN AGED RATS

摘  要:选用20只Wistar大鼠,青年组(3~6月)10只;老年组(18~30月)10只。应用透射电镜观察表明:垂体神经叶中存在多种类型的垂体细胞,各型垂体细胞的超微结构随月龄增长而变化。老年大鼠的垂体细胞:胞体增大,胞突肿胀;胞浆丰富,高尔基器发达,次级溶酶体与脂滴显著增多;垂体细胞与神经分泌纤维末梢之间突触样联系减少。提示衰老过程中垂体细胞的变化体现其形态多样化的特点,其功能增强可能与老年期神经垂体激素释放紊乱以及退化的神经分泌纤维末梢增多有关。Twenty male Wistar rats were divided into two age groups :the young group (3—6 months) and the old group (18—30 months). All of them were examined under TEM. The results are as follows: there are some different types of pituicytes in the hypophyseal neural lobe of rats. Each type shows ultrastructural changes with age. Most of pituicytes in aged rats expand and have more abundant cytoplasm. The Golgi apparatus become quite developed, the secondary lysosomes as well as the lipid droplets appear markedly increased, while the synaptoid contacts between neurosecretory terminals and pituicytes show decrease in number. The changes of pituicytes fully reflect its morphologic diversified charateristies in aging process. The alterations described above get conclusion that the pituicytes function is vigorous, which may be related to the disorder of neurohypophyseal hormone release and increased degenerated neurosecretory terminals in aged rats.
