高寒地区放牧绵羊应用TIT-双胎苗效果试验

摘　　要：利用中国农科院兰州畜牧所研制生产的TIT 双胎苗应用于青海省海北州绵羊生产中 ,共选择供试母羊 2 5 4只 ,产双羔 68对 ,对照组母羊 3 88只 ,无一只母羊产双羔 ,68只产双羔的试验母羊 ,在断奶时繁活 94只羔羊 ,比产单羔多繁活 45只羔羊 ,2 5 4只试验羊净增加收益 4892元 。It was used to TIT-twins vaccine which was produced by the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry of Chinese Academy of Agriculture Science in sheep husbandry of Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province.The results showed that there were 68 ewes Lambing twins in 254 test ewes and all the ewes lambing single lamb in 388 control ewes.The 68 test ewes lambing ewins.has 94 lambs at the weaning and was 45 lambs more than that of the ewes lambing single lamb.The net profit of 254 test sheep was 4892 yuan,there was a significant economic benefit.
