摘　　要：近年来收治陈旧性伸指肌腱损伤45例,根据伤情分别采取不同手术方法修复,随访大部分患者功能得到恢复。本文提示要尽可能早期发现、及时处理伸指肌腱损伤,对陈旧性损伤修复后的功能练习要稳妥。文章还对功能和解剖与修复效果的关系进行了讨论。According to the degree of damage,45 cases of old digital extensor tendon injury were repaired with different operating methods.On following up,the functions of most patients were getting better.The authors point out that the digital extensor tenden injury should be diagnosed early and treated promptly.The function training after the operation must be careful. The relationship between function and anatomy of digital extensor tendon and results after repairing operation was discussed.
