摘　　要：基于国内需要开发了熔丝沉积快速成形(FDM)设备,介绍了其工作原理及硬件控制结构设计,并详细描述了控制及软件体系结构。软件体系结构包括处于内核态的驱动程序和处于用户态的数据处理部分软件。数据处理部分包括硬件抽象层、读取接口数据文件、虚拟机及上层GUI应用程序。The FDM device has been developed based upon the domestic requirement.The principle and hardware control design of Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)System are introduced in this paper.The software structure and control processing of the system are described in detail.The software structure consists of device driver in core-state and data processing program in user-state.The data processing program is made up of hardware abstract layer(HAL),reading ZIF file,visual machine(VM)and the GUI application.
