头皮针为主治疗中风后抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的　寻找治疗中风后抑郁症的最佳方法。方法　治疗组采用头皮针配“督脉穴”的针刺方法治疗 ,对照组采用西药口服百忧解治疗 ,共取 6 0例 ,两组均经 3d治疗观察。结果　治疗组总有效率为 90 % ,平均起效时间 5 d;对照组总有效率为80 % ,平均起效时间 15 d,两组总有效率比较差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;平均起效时间比较差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　头皮针配督脉穴治疗中风后抑郁症有良好疗效 ,与药物治疗疗效相仿 ,且起效更快。Objective To find the best method for treating post-apoplectic melancholia.Method A treatment group was given scalp acupuncture in cooperation with needling Du meridional points and a control group, oral Western medicine fluoxetine. A total of 60 cases were selected. Both groups were treated for 30 days.Results The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. The average time for producing the effect was 5 days in the treatment group and 15 days in the control group. There was no significant difference in total effective rate (P>0.05) but a significant difference in average effect-producing time (P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Scalp acupuncture plus Du meridional points has a good curative effect on post-apoplectic melancholia. Its curative effect is similar to that of medication, but it produces a quicker effect.
