摘　　要：目的　观察针刺合针刀治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法　应用针刺合针刀治疗 4 0例 ,并与单纯针刺治疗 4 0例进行对照比较。结果与结论　治疗组和对照组总有效率无明显差异 ,但治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组。Objective To investigate efficacy of acupuncture plus needle knife for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Method Forty cases were treated with acupuncture plus needle knife and another 40 cases, with simple acupuncture as a control. Results and Conclusion There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the treatment and control groups, but the cure rate was significantly highter in the treatment group than in the control group.
