摘　　要：目的　观察针刺治疗外伤性眼肌麻痹的疗效。方法　采用针刺治疗外伤性眼肌麻痹 32例 ,随机与药物组 32例进行比较。结果　针刺组有效率为 93.7% ,药物组有效率为 71.9% ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture on traumatic ophthalmoplegia.Method Thirty-two cases of traumatic ophthalmoplegia were treated with acupuncture. The effect was compared with that in a medication group of 32 cases.Results The curative effect was 93.7% in the acupuncture group and 71.9% in the medication group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the curative effect of acupuncture on traumatic ophthalmoplegia is superior to that of medication.
