摘 要:针对中小焦化厂环保投入不足和焦炉煤气相对过剩的实际情况,提出利用焚烧焦炉煤气来处理焦化废水的新方法。阐述了该方法的原理与工艺流程。对废水处理前后的主要参数指标的检测和对该工艺技术、经济与环境等综合效益的评估及实际运行结果表明,该方法"以废治废"原理可靠,工艺简单,吨水处理成本约为2.55元,可实现焦化废水"零排放",废热回收后尾气可达GB16297-1996一级排放标准。建议在有过剩焦炉煤气的中小焦化厂推广。The conventional bio-chemical treatment of coking effluents, such as activated sludge method, A/O or A2/O one, all are proved to be some incompetent to reach the standard of ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand. In allusion to the fund shortage for environmental protection and a coal gas surplus in medium and small coking plants, coal gas incineration for coking effluents treatment was set forth. The principle and technological process were illustrated for converting effluent toxicants to harmless ones and recovering waste heat for the by-product steam generation. Furthermore, the detection of chief parameters of the waste before and after the treatment and the general evaluation have shown that this incineration method came along with the following features: reliable principle, simple technology, less investment and zero discharge of waste water. The treatment cost of coking effluents is approximately 2.55 yuan per ton. And the exhaust gas going through a heat recovery boiler reached the national integrated emission standard of air pollutants GB16297-1996. Therefore this incineration method can be expected to extend over medium and small coking plants with superfluous coal gas.
