摘　　要：对XML文档的信息检索技术进行了研究,提出了一种在向量空间模型中自动界定信息单元的检索方法.这种方法能够充分利用XML的结构和语义信息,在向量空间模型中,根据具体的查询条件动态地调整信息单元的粒度,确定适于检索的信息单元,从而有效地减少检索计算量,提高整个检索系统的运行效率.This paper introduces XML information retrieval technology based on Vector Space Model and presents a retrieval method which can identify suitable information unit for retrieval in vector space automatically. It can adequately utilize the structure information of the XML documents to adjust the granularity of information unit dynamically based on actual query conditions and take the similarity between query and information units as the basis of the searches. Hence, the cost of computation is reduced efficiently and the performance of the whole information retrieval system is improved.
