摘  要:目的 :研究在SARS校园封闭式管理期间 ,人性化支持措施 ,特别是心理支持和干预对于缓解大学生应激性障碍的效果。方法 :使用自编《SARS应激性障碍筛查量表》结合临床面诊筛查出应激性障碍学生31人 ,随机抽取20人分成两组 ,分别进行一般人性化支持及特别人性化支持。采用90项症状自评量表 (SCL -90)、应对方式量表、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)评估人性化支持效果 ,使用SPSS10.0统计软件包对结果进行统计分析。结果 :一般支持组和特别支持组支持前后SCL -90、应对方式、SAS在多个因子上均有统计学差异或显著差异 (P<0.01~0.05) ;特别支持组与一般支持组支持前后SCL -90、应对方式、SAS评分差值相比 ,多个因子有统计学差异或显著差异。结论 :人性化支持措施 ,特别是直接心理干预和支持在缓解焦虑等SARS带来的心理应激障碍方面发挥了突出的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of humanizing support,especially psychologiˉcal support and intervention on relieving university students'stress disorder during SARS epiˉdemic.Methods:The self-designed assessing scale and clinical diagnosis,was used to get31students with stress disorder.Amony them,20students were chosen randomly and divided into two groups,which received We divided them into two groups,gave them common humanizing support and special humanizing support respectively.SCL-90,coping pattern scale and SAS were employed to eralnate to inquire the effect of humanizing support,and SPSS10.0statistical software was used to analyze the results.Results:In both common humanizing supporting group and special humanizing supporting group,there were statistical differences or significant staˉtistical differences between SCL-90,coping pattern scale and SAS score before and after supˉport(P<0.01~0.05).There were also statistical differences or significant statistical differˉences on SCL-90,coping pattern scale and SAS score between common humanizing supporting group and special humanizing supporting group before and after support.Conclusion:Humanˉizing support,especially direct psychological intervention and support have particular effect on relieving SARS related stress disorders.
