摘 要:目的 :观察支气管动脉与肺动、静脉之间的关系。方法 :采用肺血管灌注技术和腐蚀铸型技术 ,制备34例标本进行观测。结果 :支气管动脉与肺动脉间存在大于毛细血管的吻合 ,吻合支位于支气管壁、肺动脉壁和肺胸膜下 ,长度为 (13.8±9.7)mm(3.6~29.4mm) ,直径为 (215±61) μm(65~540μm) ,吻合方式有端 -侧和端 -端两种 ;支气管动脉与肺静脉间未发现吻合支存在。结论 :支气管动脉与肺循环血管交通具有重要的生理功能和临床意义。Objective:To observe the interrelationships between the bronchial arteries and pulmonary circulation vessels.Methods:34specimens of human lungs were made by adopting the cascular injection and corrosion cast techniques.Results:Anastomoses larger than capillaries existed between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries.These anastomoses were located on the wall of bronchi and pulmonary arteries,and under the visceral pueura.The length of the anasˉtomotic vessels was(13.8±9.7)mm(3.6~29.4mm),and their diameter was(215±61)μm(65~540μm).The anastomoses were end to side or end to end.No Anastomosis could be clemonstrated between the bronchial arteries and pulmonary veins.Conclusion:The connections between bronchial arteries and pulmonary circulation vessels have important physiologic funcˉtions and clinical significance.
