摘　　要：介绍了一种能适应多品种曲轴弯曲变形的测量机。该测量机包括机械测量装置、计算机控制系统和数据处理与运算系统。整个测量过程是在动态下进行,且能自动完成,具有油孔和键槽自动识别功能、光电零位设置、被测参数过程测量值显示、测量结果显示、测量图形显示等功能,且人机界面友好。This paper introduces a bend distortion measure machine for variety of crankshafts.This machine includes mechanical measure equipments,computer control system,data processing and calculation system.All the measure processes can be carried out automatically while machine is being operated.It performs automatic identification of oil bore and groove,zero set up of light electric level,measurement display of measured parameters results,figure display and friendly man-machine interface.
