摘  要:在天然气深冷装置的安装施工中,采用了国产0Cr18Ni9不锈钢,这种钢材在深冷-196℃工况条件下,其焊缝的低温冲击韧性难以保证。就这种工况条件,制定了4种焊接工艺方案并进行了试验研究,确定采用药芯焊丝打底焊工艺。实践证明,该工艺达到了规范对低温冲击韧性的要求(低温冲击功为16J),无损探伤合格率达98%,节约了充氩所产生的材料费、工装费和人工费,是一项值得推广的焊接技术。The stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9, made in China, is utilized in installation construction of a natural gas cryogenic facility. Under the deep cold condition of -196℃, the low temperature impact toughness of welding seam is difficult to be guaranteed. So 4 kinds of welding technical schemes are set down and are put into tests. Afterwards the technique of backing weld with flux cored wire is adopted. The practice proves that the technique meets the criterion requirement on low temperature impact toughness (i.e. low temperature impact work of 16J), possesses the qualified nondestructive inspection rate of 98%, as well as reduces the costs of material, device, and manpower owing to avoiding argon filling. The welding technique is worthwhile to spread.
