摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂 (TIMP)调节细胞外基质 (ECM)的分解与合成 ,参与体内多种生理病理过程。MMP在子宫内膜周期性重建中起主要作用 ,MMP TIMP系统平衡失调与炎性子宫内膜出血。Matrix metalloproteinases(MMP) and Tissue Inhibitor of metalloproteinases(TIMP) can regulate the degradation and synthesis of extracellar matrix(ECM), and participate in many physiogical and pathological processes in vivo.They play important roles in periodical reconstruction of endemetrium.The unbalance of them are close by related to inflammatory endometrium hemorrhage and repairing.
