摘　　要：目的总结应用骨片钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床经验和疗效。方法2001年3月～2003年10月,应用骨片钉治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折36例。结果30例术后获3个月～2年随访。所有骨折均已骨性愈合,仅1例出现肘内翻畸形。结论应用骨片钉治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折,固定效果确实。Objective To summarize our experience in the treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children with implants of fragment fixation system (FFS). Methods From March 2001 to October 2003, 36 children with the supracondylar fractures of the humerus were treated with implants of fragment fixation system (FFS). Results The postoperative follow up period ranged from 3 to 24 months.Bony union was obtained in all the cases, and there was only case of cubitus varus. Conclusion The treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children by FFS implants can achieve rigid fixation.
