摘　　要：目的　分析歼击机飞行员体检资料 ,发现问题、提出对策。　方法　统计 1999年至今在我中心为改装高性能机种进行健康体检的 4 80例歼击机飞行员病历资料 ,综合分析 ,得出结论。　结果　检出 5 0余种疾病及病症。患高脂血症及脂肪肝者占 2 9 7% ;经X线、CT、MRI检出颈、腰椎有异常表现者占 2 3 1% ;加速度耐力不良者占 8 9%。　结论　歼击机飞行员应注意预防高脂血症、颈、腰椎病等 ,提高加速度耐力 。Objective To analyse the medical examination materials of 480 fighter pilots, to find questions and to advance countermeasures Methods To review the anamnesis materials of 480 fighter pilots who took part in medical examination in order to get qualified to higher grade fighter in our center from 1999, to analyze systematically and to get conclusion Results More than 50 sorts of diseases were found out Hyperlipidemia and lipohepar takes 29 7%; abnormality of cervical and lumbar spine found by radiography, CT and MRI takes 23 1%; low acceleration tolerance takes 8 9% In these pilots, 83 3% are qualified to higher grade fighter; 12 3% are not qualified to higher grade fighter but qualified to the former fighter; 4 4% are not qualified to the former fighter temporarily Conclusion Fighter pilots should prevent hyperlipidemia and cervical and lumbar spine diseases, improve acceleration tolerance, strengthen mental training
