摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿睾丸移植在男性性腺功能减退症治疗中的临床应用价值。方法利用显微外科技术,以胎儿睾丸作移植体,为9例男性性腺功能减退症患者施行了胎儿睾丸移植术。结果术后5个月,除1例失访外,8例患者的血清睾酮水平明显升高,性欲、性功能及第二性征明显改善,移植睾丸体积较术前增大。结论胎儿睾丸移植治疗男性性腺功能减退症是有效的,且胎儿睾丸免疫原性低,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective: To investigate the value of the clinical application of fetal testis for the treatment of male hyponadism. Methods: We have performed the testicular transplantation to cure 9 patients suffered frommale hyponadis with the fetal testis as donor tissue. Results: Except 1, 8 patients had a significanlty increased level of serum testosterone, the male secondary sexual characteristics and the sexual desire were improved. The size of testis was larger than before operation. Conclusions: Fetal testisransplantation is an effective method to cure male hyponadism and has great value of clinical application for its weak immunogenicity.
