摘　　要：目的 :研究等渗造影剂碘克沙醇在腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术中对患者肾功能的影响。方法 :将2 0 0 3年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝手术术中应用等渗造影剂碘克沙醇 2 1例分为两组 ,术前肾功能正常组 (血肌酐≤ 178μmol/L ,血尿素氮≤ 9mmol/L)和肾功能不全组 (血肌酐 >178μmol/L ,血尿素氮 >9mmol/L) ,分析比较手术前后血肌酐、血尿素氮、β2 微球蛋白、尿比重等变化情况。结果 :肾功能不全组和肾功能不全组患者手术前后各项指标无明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To study the impact of the isotonic contrast medium (iodixanol) on the renal function of the patient during the abdominal aortic aneurysms endovascular graft exclusion.Methods:The records of 21 cases of patients of abdominal aortic aneurysms who received isotonic contrast medium during the aneurysm endovascular graft exclusion from Jan,2003 to Oct,2003 were retrospectively reviewed.All the patients were divided into two groups according to their renal function:the normal renal function group(Cr≤178μmol/L,BUN≤9mmol/L) and the insufficient group (Cr>178μmol/L,BUN>9mmol/L).The change of plasm Cr、BUN、β_2-M、SG before and after surgery of the patients were compared and analyzed.Results:The plasm Cr、BUN、β_2-M、SG of the normal renal function group were not significantly changed after surgery (P>0.05).Conclusion:The isotonic contrast medium has little impact on the renal function of the patients who have undergone abdominal aortic aneurysms endovascular graft exclusion.
