摘　　要：分析3例非静脉转流下原位肝移植术下腔静脉、门静脉开放时发生高钾血症致心跳骤停的原因,探讨防治措施。The causes of high serum potassium-induced cardiac arrest in anhepatic stage of orthotopic liver transplantation were analyzed in 3 cases without venovenous bypass, and the effectiveness of insulin was evaluated in correcting hyperkale- mia during the anhepatic stage. To improve the survival rate of patients with such cardiac arrest, early cardiopulmonary resuscitation and timely defibrillation should be performed.
