摘  要:目的观察弓形虫感染昆明鼠后对小鼠受孕及产仔的影响。方法将弓形虫AH株包囊感染雌性昆明鼠,一周后与雄性昆明鼠交配,确认阴栓,记录受孕及产仔情况。同时设对照组。结果实验组333%受孕,平均每鼠产仔为44只;对照组100%受孕,平均每鼠产仔为12只,实验组与对照组受孕率经卡方检验(χ2=1545,P<001),有非常显著性差异。结论急性弓形虫感染可使昆明鼠的受孕率及产仔率明显降低。病理检查结果也显示子宫、输卵管有炎症病变。To observe the influence of the acute toxoplasma infection in Kunming strain of mice (KM) on the impregnation and farrowing performance of the pregnant mice, female KM mice were infected with cysts of toxoplasma AH strain, and then were bred with male KM mice one week later. The vaginal stick was confirmed; impregnation rate and farrowing performance were recorded, and the control group was set up at the same time. It was found that the impregnation rate in the infected group was 33.3%, with a average farrowing rate of 4.4 per mouse. In contrast, the impregnation rate in the normal control mice was 100%, with a average farrowing rate of 12 per mouse. This result was checked with Chi square test,with highly significant difference (X 2=15.45.P<0.01). Inflammatory changes could be demonstrated in uterus and oviduct by pathologic examinations.It concludes that acute toxoplasma infection in KM mice can reduce significantly both the impregnation and farrowing rate in the pregnant mice.
