携带肺吸虫尾蚴的淡水螺类拟钉螺亚科一新种(前鳃亚纲;中腹足目;圆口螺科;拟钉螺亚科)

摘　　要：作者于2002年在福建省福州市郊区作肺吸虫病调查时,捕获3种淡水螺类,特以发现地命名拟钉螺亚科一新种为新店拟钉螺Triculaxindiangensisspnov。对其作详细描述,并与近似的福建拟钉螺、小桥拟钉螺作比较。正模标本壳高336mm,壳宽152mm,壳口高064mm,壳口宽136mm副摸标本136个,壳高281～343mm,壳宽093～161mm,壳口高055～070,壳口宽120～146mm标本存福州,福建省寄生虫病研究所。螺小,壳薄,外表光滑5～6螺层,缓慢生长,每层有膨胀宽高为115。壳口卵圆形,周缘完整。动物浅青色,具长而尖的触角。吻宽长约35倍。眼黑,位于触角中间稍偏基部。雄茎为于颈部中央。在其体内发现斯氏狸殖吸虫尾蚴,感染率为375%(12/320)。The present paper deals with a new species of Triculinae from China:Tricula xindianensis sp nov The material were collected by the authors in Xindian Town of Fuzhou City of Fujian, China in 2002 Type speciens are deposited in the Institute of Parasitic Diseases of Fujian province, Fuzhou Tricular xindianensis sp nov (Figs 1～2 ) Holotype No 2002924 alt 3 36 mm,diam 1 52mm,alt of aperture 0 64 mm,diam of aperture 1 36mm,collected from Xindian Town, Fuzhou City (26°10′N,119°30′E, Fujian province,China,24 July 2002 Paratypes 136 specimens,alt 2 81～3 43 mm,diam 0 93～1 61 mm,alt of aperture 0 55～0 70 mm,diam of aperture 1 20～1 46㎜,collected from Xindian Town, Fuzhou City (26°10′N,119°30′E,Fujian province,China,24,july,2002 The was found to harbor cercariae of the lung flukes In addition,it had been compared with similar snails,such as T fujianensis and T xiaoqiaoensis Shell very small,thin with smooth and transparent shell surface ,color in living state is greenish brown There are 5～6 gradually and evenly growing whorls, each of which is veil convex Each nearly 1 5 times as preceding owe in length Aperture is ellipse form,They leveled and smooth Its color is bluish black and has long tapering tentacles which are about 3 5 times as long as the snout The eyes are black and the verge is simple,light yellow slender,long and coiled up at the back of the neck The new species differs from the closely related species T xiaoqiaoensis Kang in the smaller But this new species may be easily distinguished from its congeners by the following characteristics:(1)body is big,(2)shell very thin and transparent,(3)whorls 5～6,(4)Aperture is ellipse form, no like a gape appearance of T xianqiaoensis This new species of snail harbors cercariae of Pagomogunimus skrjabini and the infection rate is 3 75%(12/320)
