摘 要:目的 :探讨氨基糖甙类抗生素的耳毒性在延伸高频范围 (9kHz~ 16kHz)内的早期表现。方法 :对 4 0名语频听力正常的患者进行分组测试延伸高频听阈 ,实验组为 2 0名曾使用链霉素的患者 ,对照组为未接触过耳毒性药物的同龄人 ,并分析结果。结果 :实验组延伸高频听阈平均值为 2 7.97dBSPL ,对照组为 19.14dBSPL ,实验组听阈较对照组高 ,二者差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。且两组各频率听阈值均随频率提高而增加。结论 :药物耳毒性与延伸高频听阈有关 ,耳蜗毒性早期主要发生在高频范围 ,利用延伸高频测听可以预警并监测药物的耳毒性。Objective: To find the initial cochleotoxicity in high frequency range(9~16kHz). Methods: 40 persons with normal hearing in conventional frequency ranges were divided into two groups. The study group included 20 patients who had received streptomycin, and the control group consisted of 20 persons who hadn't received ototoxic drugs. Both of them were tested by the high frequency audiometry(HFA), and the results were analysed. Results: The average threshold of HFA in study group(27.97dBSPL) was higher than that of control group(19.17dBSPL). However, the thresholds of HFA went up gradually with the frequency increasing in both groups. Conclusion: There were significant relationships between cochleotoxicity and HFA. Cochleotoxicity can initially occur in the high frequency range. HFA can alarm and monitor the cochleotoxicity of drugs.
