摘　　要：在加入WTO的背景下 ,我国银保合作的高潮不断掀起 ,许多银行和保险公司纷纷签订了合作协议。但总体上看 ,我国银保合作还处于初级阶段 ,现实中存在许多制约银保合作的因素 ,分析我国银保合作现状和存在问题 。As joining the WTO,the bank-insurance cooperation comes to a new climax in our country.Many banks and insurance companies have signed cooperation agreements.But in general,the bank-insurance cooperation is still at primary stage.There are many elements hinderingthe development of bank-insurance cooperation.This paper analyzes the current situation of bank-insurance and the main problems in it.Then it proposes the measures for further cooperation.
