摘　　要：在当今金融业的国际化、全能化、自由化趋势的背景下 ,随着我国加入WTO ,我国银行业必将走上混业经营的道路。但目前我国分业经营、分业监管的金融体制 ,还不允许我国实行完全的混业经营 ,作为一种新的经营模式 ,金融控股公司兼具分业经营和混业经营的优点 。In the background of internationalization,universalization and liberalization of financial sector,with China's entry into the WTO,the banking industry of China is bound to choose universal banking mode.But currently the framework of financial sector features separation banking and separation supervision,and it doesn't allow complete universal banking.As a new operating form,financial holding company combines the advantages of separation banking with universal banking,and it is the practical choice of China's current universal banking mode.
