摘　　要：随着我国金融体制改革步伐的加快 ,作为银行业重要组成部分的中小商业银行的改革和发展 ,已越来越受到社会的关注。分析我国中小商业银行发展的现状、存在的现实问题 。With the expedition of innovation steps in china's financial system, people begin in creasinghy to attend to the innovation and development of small and middle commercial banks . This paper analyzes the development situation and problems of these commercial banks and seeks the corresponding countermeasure.
