摘  要: 总结了锌基合金异常共沉积的规律,概述了锌基合金异常共沉积机理研究的发展现状,对几种较新的机理进行了综合评述。重点对量子化学机理、配体场理论机理和界面作用模型机理等在锌基合金异常共沉积中的应用及研究成果进行了阐述,最后指出:合金异常共沉积是各种因素综合影响的结果,如金属离子交换电流密度的巨大差异,不同金属离子配合物结构及其稳定性的不同,电极电势较负金属的欠电势沉积,电极/溶液界面层性质的变化,电极表面状态的变化等,应根据具体情况进行分析。A-nomalous eodeposition mechanism is one of the most importanttheoretical topics of alloy codeposition.The laws of anomalous codeposition of zinc base alloy were summed up, the development and present situations of the anomalous codeposition mechanism were summarized briefly, and several new mechanisms were reviewed in detail. The research results and the application of quantum chemistry mechanism, ligand field theory mechanism and interracial action model mechanism as well in anomalous ondeposition of zinc base alloys were expatiated at length.In the end, the results were concluded that the anomalous eodeposition of alloy was influenced by all kinds of factors synthetically, such as the tremendous difference of exchange current density of metal ions, the difference of the structure and the stability of complex compounds of metal ions, the underpotential deposition of metal ions with more negative potential, the change of electrode/electrolyte interfacial properties, the change of electrode surface stateand so on.Therefore for given question, the anomalous codeposition mechanism should be analyzed concretely.
