摘　　要：　涂装前处理中,使用常温除油剂处理金属表面油污有显著的效果。在优选几种表面活性剂和助洗剂的基础上,通过正交试验和综合评定法确定出了一种常温除油剂的组成,并检测分析了该除油剂的外观、消泡性能和除油清洁程度等物理性能。在某企业的浸渍生产线上常温下使用表明,该除油剂完全能够除去钢铁表面的油污,除油性能优良。In the pretreatment of painting, room temperature oil remover has obvious effect on the metal surface.Based the optimization of several surfactants and detergency promoters, a oil remover at room temperature was determined by orthogonal test and overall evaluation.The appearance, deforming performance and detergency of the oil remover were also examined.Application in the dipping production line at room temperature shows that the product can entirely remove the oil contaminant on metal surface with excellent property.
