摘 要: 铸件工序间用防锈水和防锈油脂防锈的传统方法都存在多次重复浸涂、铸件不易清洗、污染严重、对铸件的室外防锈效果不佳等缺点。为此,将各种不溶于水的有机缓蚀剂在乳化剂和机械搅拌的作用下,制成防锈乳状液。此乳状液可替代防锈水和防锈油作铸铁件的工序间防锈产品,具有不易燃、无味、低毒、低污染的优点,可用于铸铁件室外梅雨季节的防锈,防锈期可达18d。由于以水作为主要成分,克服了传统防锈方法的缺点,降低了成本。Traditional antirust ways as antirust water and antirust oil/grease for cast iron in working process have some disadvantages including repeated dip coating, difficult cleaning, serious pollution, and poor exterior antirust effect.Antirust emulsion was developed for cast iron in working process.Water insoluble organic inhibitors were dispersed as small drop into water phase with the help of emulsifiers and agitation, and then form emulsion with antirust effect.The emulsion can substitute the antirust water and antirust oil as rust preventing for iron casting, which has the characteristics of noninflammable, vapidity, low toxic and low pollution.The emulsion can prevent iron casting in exterior from rustiness for 18 days during rainy period.As water is the essential component, the emulsion not only overcomes the disadvantages of traditional methods but also cuts the cost to a certain extent.
