摘 要:高合金含量的Al Mn,Al Cr合金(质量分数大于10%)中Mn,Cr含量高,传统铸造组织十分粗大,力学性能很差,不能应用.本文采用固液混合铸造技术制备了Al 20%Mn,Al 10%Cr合金.实验结果表明,合金的显微组织明显细化,其平均晶粒尺寸都能控制在10μm以下,且晶粒呈球形或近球形,压铸材料的力学性能为:σb=100~110MPa,σ0.2=70~80MPa.随着粉末加入量的增加,合金晶粒逐渐细化.这两种合金可以应用为耐磨、耐蚀材料.Al-Mn and Al-Cr alloys with a high alloy content contains a lot of Mn and Cr over 10 mass%.They can not be used as structural materials due to their coarse microstructures and poor mechanic properties. In this paper, a new mixed semi-liquid casting technology was applied to prepare Al-20 mass%Mn and Al-10 mass%Cr alloys. The experimental results showed that the grain could be obviously refined throngh this new technology. The average grain size of the samples was under 10 μm with spherical and near-spherical shapes. The mechanic properties of the two alloys were improved to σb=100~110 MPa,and σ(0.2)=70~80 MPa.The more the alloy powders with the same composition added, The finer the grain of the alloy. The two alloys can be used as wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.
