摘　　要：分析了网络环境下文献资源的类型和特点,从馆藏特色和资源结构的建设与改善、采访策略的调整和人员素质的提高以及文献信息资源建设的网络化等方面提出了搞好网络环境下高校图书馆文献资源建设的几点看法。This paper analyzes the types and characteristics of information resources under the network environment, and puts forward some measures for the construction of information resources of university library under the network environment from aspects of the construction and improvement of holdings' features and resources structure, the adjustment of the acquisitioning strategy, the improvement of personnel quality, and the networking of the construction of literature information resources, etc.
