摘　　要：面临改革的新形势,我国科技信息服务机构要结合本地区经济体制改革和经济结构调整的需要,为各行各业的技术创新和产业创新提供具体的、有针对性的信息服务。农村是科技信息服务机构的一个大市场。科技信息机构应充分利用自身优势,实施科技信息服务创新工程,为农村提供实用性科技信息服务,提供全方位人才教育,并通过信息服务提高农村致富能力,培养农村信息市场。Facing the new situation of the reform, Chinese sci-tech informat io n service institutions should provide concrete and corresponding information ser vices for the technical innovation and industrial innovation of all professions connecting with the requirements of local economic structural reform and economi c setup adjustment. The rural area is a big market for the sci-tech information service institutions. And the sci-tech information service institutions should make full use of their own superiorities to practice the sci-tech information service innovation project, provide operational sci-tech information services, provide all-round talents education, and increase the ability of rural areas to achieve prosperity and culture the rural information market through information service.
