摘　　要：根据在现代高科技的条件下高校图书馆的信息咨询服务工作重点的改变,分析了新时期高校图书馆信息咨询服务工作的特点,并提出了信息咨询工作人员应具备的条件。Based on the variation of the focal point of the information consu lt ancy service of university library under the modern high-tech conditions, this paper analyzes the features of the information consultancy service of university library in the new period, and puts forward some requirements for the personnel of the information consultancy service.
