摘　　要：分析了高校电子阅览室利用率低的原因,从加大宣传力度,加强电子信息资源的建设和管理,创建网络导航数据库,加强对读者的信息教育等方面提出了提高电子阅览室利用率的措施。This paper analyzes the reasons of low utilization ratio for unive rs ity' electronic reading room, proposes measures of increasing utilization ratio for electronic reading room from aspects such as increasing propagandistic stren gth, strengthening construction and management of electronic information resourc es, establishing network navigation database, strengthening informational educat ion to readers and so on.
