摘　　要：石油企业目前普遍采用传统的领料制物资供应模式,物资供应流转环节多、效率低、成本高,已经越来越制约着企业的生产和发展。分析了传统物资供应模式所存在的弊端,阐述了石油企业开展物资配送制的有利条件,提出了开展物资配送制的具体思路,并对实施配送制过程中需要注意的问题进行了探讨。At present, the petroleum enterprises commonly adopt the tradition al material requisition system in the material supply. The more circulation links, lower efficiency and higher cost of the material supply have severally restrict ed the production and development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the demeri ts of traditional material supply mode, expounds the beneficial conditions for t he petroleum enterprises to carry out the rationing material delivery system, pu ts forward some concrete ideas of carrying out the rationing material delivery s ystem, and probes into several problems needing attention in the course of carry ing out the rationing material delivery system.
