摘  要:测定了豫州褐壳蛋鸡5个品系血清前白蛋白、后白蛋白、慢α球蛋白、转铁蛋白、淀粉酶5个基因位点的多态型。估计了各品系的位点平均基因多样度和品系间标准遗传距离,并进行系统聚类分析,同时还对遗传距离与杂种优势的关系进行了初步分析。结果表明,各品系在群体遗传结构和基因纯合度上各有特点,各品系间的遗传距离也互有差异,遗传距离与产蛋力杂种优势可能呈某种曲线关系。The polymorphisms of the serum Pr, Pa, Sα, Tf and Amy-1 of the five lines were separated by polyacrylamide gel electroporesis, and the lociaverage gene diversities of the lines and the standard genetic distances among the lines were estimated, and also, the relationship between the genetic distance and heterosis was analysed primarily. The results showed that each line had its own characteristics in mass genetic structure and gene purities, the genetic distance among the lines was different, and there was probably a curve relationship between genetic distence and heterosis.
