摘 要:以油耗较高的标致505SX型车为研究对象,在其XN1A发动机上应用发动机管理系统开展了降低油耗与排放的研究工作。通过发动机管理系统选型、发动机台架标定试验、整车标定试验等研究工作,开发了XN1A发动机燃油喷射电控系统与电控点火系统,并进行了发动机外特性及万有特性的测试。试验结果表明,该发动机管理系统能使发动机及整车燃油消耗明显降低,其动力性优于原化油器式发动机,排放性能也有所改善。Taking PEUGEOT505SX car,with a high fuel consumption,as an investigated example,the engine man-age ment system is used on its XN1A engine to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emission.Through type selection of en gine man agement system,calibration tests on engine testing benches,calibration tests on vehicle,the electronically con-trolled fuel injection system and the electronically controlled ignition system of XN1A engine are developed.The en gine outer characteristic and the fuel consumption map are measured.It is shown by tests that the engine management system can evidently reduce fuel consumption of either engine or vehicle,and the power performance is better than the original carburetor engine,and exhaust emission is also improved.
