摘　　要：企业资源规划 (ERP)实施是国内企业关注的焦点问题之一。企业在不同的发展阶段有不同的管理模式 ,不同的ERP系统中也蕴涵了不同的管理模式 ,企业现有的管理模式与ERP中管理模式的冲突阻碍了ERP在企业的成功应用。因此 ,我们有必要对企业管理模式进行分析 ,以帮助企业准确识别自身的管理模式 ,选择合适的ERP系统 ,同时 。The implementation of ERP is one of the focal questions which domestic enterprises pay close attention to.There are different management modes at different developing stages in enterprises, and in different ERP systems. The conflict between the existing management modes and the model of ERP has hindered the successful application of ERP to enterprises.So, it is necessary for us to analyze the enterprises' management modes in order to help enterprises to discern their own management modes accurately, choose suitable ERP system,and offer reference for the improvemant of enterprise's management modes.
