摘  要:基于四端口矩阵理论的基本原理,直接对双相开关电容网络(SCN)进行等效分析。文中讨论了含有放大器的SCN的并联与级联时的简化运算,提出了SCN四端口导纳矩阵、传输矩阵以及变换关系。推导出由于工作放大器的存在采用矩阵理论进行分析研究的简便方法。该法可迅速洞察SCN在频域中的特性,便于计算机辅助分析。According to the elements of four-port matrix theory, an equivalent analysis of two-phasel switched capa-citor network was obtained directly. This paper discussed a simplified algorithm including opamps SCN which was connected in parallel and cascade, presented the four-port admittance matrix and the transmission matrix of SCN and the transform relationship between them, derivated an elegant method by using matrix to analyse the SCN including opamps, The method could be systematized and formulated so that it was convenient to analyse SCN by using this method by means of computer.
