摘　　要：以许昌烟机公司数控车间为例,基于NT局域网集成DNC技术构建的ExtremeDNC系统,采用客户/服务器网络结构,将每台数控设备模拟为客户端设备,利用数控系统的RS-232接口实现直接控制。系统可同时控制256台数控设备,具有断点续传、远程控制、文件管理、数控文件编辑器及轨迹生成等功能。并实现了与CAD/CAM/CAPP系统的集成。Taking the CNC workshop of Xuchang Tobacco Machinery Co. Ltd. as an example, the customer/ server network structure was adopted in ExtremeDNC system that has been set up by the integral DNC technology on NT local network. Each of NC equipment was simulated as one customer terminal to carry out the direct control using the RS-232 interface of NC system. This system can control 256 CNC facilities with the functions of the breakpoint continual transfer, remote control, file management, NC file editor and locus creation and so on. So it realizes the integration with the system of CAD/CAM/CAPP.
