摘　　要：本文介绍了陕西科技大学研究生论文全文数据库中论文的正确录入过程。文中说明了用户在客户端通过提交论文信息表单 ,实现论文的正确提交 ;在服务器端实现论文的正确录入。其中重点介绍了提交表单的作用 ,另外还介绍了系统如何自动把word格式文件批量转化为pdf格式文件。This text intr od uces thesis right admitting produere in postgrauate thesis database about shanxi university of science & technology.It explains that users admit arcle informati on table to realize arcles submitting in client and realize correctly admittin g about arcle in server,which chiefly introduces submitting-table function.besi de it also explains how to transfer many articles in word to the articles in pdf format file.
