高粱不同外植体再生苗分化培养的研究

摘　　要：同一种外植体愈伤组织的胚性状况随着相关因素的改变而变化。不同外植体愈伤组织的胚性状况相差很大,出苗率呈现很大差异,幼穗和幼胚的再生苗分化率明显高于茎尖、成熟胚等外植体的分化率。Changes of the same explants callus plumule character along with the alteration of correlated factor. different explant callus differ greatly in plumule character, seedling rate has great difference. regrowth differention rate of young ear and young plumule higher ther explant such as stem apex,mature embryo etc. obviously.
