摘  要:通过对2个亲本自交系1095(高糖系)和N3(低糖系)以及分离群体的糖分含量分析可知:(1)高粱茎秆中的糖分含量呈正态分布,应该是数量性状。(2)在任何生育时期不同节间的含糖量不同,但均以中部节间(或上一节间)糖分含量最高。(3)整个生育期中,以蜡熟前期时的糖分含量最高。By a high sugar content sorgo inbred line(1095)and a low sugar content inbred line(N3)and F2 population derived from the cross between 1095 and N3,the sugar content of stalk was studied in sorghum. The results were as follows:(1)the frequency of sugar content appeared as normal distribution, the sugar content of stalk was quantitative character. (2)Sugar content of stalk were not same at different internode at any growing stage, the highest value of sugar content was at middle internode or one internode above middle. (3)During whole growing stage, the highest value of sugar content was at early dough stage.
