摘　　要：为了适应医保制度改革 ,必须有针对性地加强病案质量和信息管理 ,包括真实、完整填写病人的基本资料 ,正确选择主要诊断 ,详细记述有关病程记录 ,医嘱符合医保要求 ;增设医保病案信息 。To strengthen the case quality and information management is in order to accord with the medical insurance system reform. Such as, Writing truly and integrally the basic data of patients, choosing rightly main diagnosis and writing the record of diseases’ course at length. The doctor’s advice must accord with the medical insurance; putting up medical insurance case information and analyzing the case information in time.
