摘　　要：针对在主要以固体物料作为介质的装置中采用的物料输送设备的电机控制方案,顺序控制方案以及在设计时应注意的问题进行了详细的阐述。同时结合物料输送设备厂商提供的资料及使用经验,提出了常用物料输送设备的保护措施及其实现方法,对于同类装置的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。The motor control scheme,sequence control scheme and some problems noted in the engineering design related with the devices in which the main material is solid or powder is discussed.According to the manufacturer's technology and experiences for solid material transportation devices,it is pointed out that the safety protection methods and how to realize in the material transportation devices.It is helpful to the engineering design for the similar plant.
