摘　　要：作为电子采购工具之一的在线反向拍卖,正逐渐成为大型OEM厂商降低成本的利器。在线反向拍卖有着众多的优越性,尤其是对于买方,但不应忽略其应用范围及其局限性。在线反向拍卖的应用对企业的影响是深远的。On-line reverse auction as one tool of e-procurement is becoming the strong cost-down tools of giant OEM company. It has many advantages especially to buyers, in the same time it has its own application range and limitations. The application of on-line reverse auction brings far-reaching effects to corporations.
