摘　　要：分析了供应链管理存在的内外原因,用系统理论分析了供应链的特点,指出供应链实质上是一个系统,系统理论造就了供应链管理的核心理念。并对供应链管理提出了一些有益的建议,为供应链的存在寻找到现实和理论依据,为供应链管理实践和研究确定了系统理论的核心思想与理念。This paper analyses the internal and external causes of the enterprise for supply chain management (SCM).Then it points out that supply chain is a system and the theory of system brings up to core ideas and thoughts of supply chain management. The paper also proposes some favourable advices for supply chain management.It also attempts to find the theoretical and virtual basis for supply chain management.It is the main purpose to make certain the core ideas of supply chain management from the theory of system.
