摘　　要：民间行业组织的发展壮大,作为民主政治的素材,近年来受到学界的广泛关注,但对其存在的不足亦应给予足够的重视。文章将行业组织置于国家与社会关系的框架之中,从合法化机制、沟通渠道、监督机制等方面阐述其存在的问题并提出相应的政策建议。The development and strengthening of the civil industrial associations in China, as a typical example of democratic politics, has drawn many attentions recently from the academic sphere. However, the drawbacks have not yet drawn enough attentions. This paper analyses the development of the civil industrial associations in China under the Sale-society relations framework with respect to the legitimacy mechanism, communication channels, and monitoring mechanism. It discusses some existing problems and proposes some relevant policy suggestions.
